The 4.8-inch WVGA touchscreen slider, ITG's xpPhone runs unsurprisingly on Windows XP; it’s all chugging along on an unspecified AMD mobile processor with up to 1GB of RAM, a choice of up to 64GB SSD or 120GB hard-drive, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
ITG's xpPhone is equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard on the slide-out section providing a separate numeric pad, D-pad, trackpad and mouse buttons. It also sports 3.0 MP camera, detachable Li-Ion battery supporting up to 5 hrs talktime, 120 hrs standby time or seven hours MID use. It comes with a variety of ports viz USB 2.0, USB mini-B, SIM slot, audio in/out and VGA via an expansion port. ITG claims that the new xpPhone can be used with GSM/WCDMA, EVDO, WiMAX, TD-SCDMA or TD-HSDPA networks.
