You can design your website or hire someone to do it. If you plan to design it yourself, you can use HTML web editors or WYSIWYG web editors. But do consider using WYSIWYG web editors such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver because it is the easiest way to design a website for beginners. "WYSIWYG" means "What You See Is What You Get" which basically means this web editors allow you to drag and drop the design without worrying about the technical details.Testing your Website
You need to test your web pages throughout the designing phase. You have to make sure each link, button, form and all other feature on your page is functioning well.
